Terms & Conditions

Automotive East Ltd will provide a 12 month warranty on all products supplied and installed by ourselves if the following conditions are adhered to.

1) Warranty Coverage

  • The 12-month warranty applies only to products supplied and installed directly by Automotive East Ltd.


  • Warranty is valid from the date of installation shown on your invoice.



  • Warranty applies only if all conditions set out below are adhered to.

2) Location of Warranty Service

  • We will only provide mobile warranty services at the original installation address.



  • Alternatively, warranty claims can be made at our workshop: Unit 12a, Brooke Industrial Estate, Norwich Road, Norfolk, NR15 1HJ.


  • Warranty claims outside the original installation address or our workshop are not covered.

3) Removal and Return of Faulty Products

  • If a product is deemed faulty outside of our service area, Automotive East Ltd will not cover any costs associated with removal by a third party.


  • However, we will provide a replacement or refund of the product, provided:


  • The item is removed professionally by an approved contractor.


  • The item is returned to us in full and complete condition.



  • Installation charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply to parts only, not labour.

4) Autowatch GHOST Products

  • All Autowatch GHOST products supplied by Automotive East Ltd must be serviced and removed by ourselves.



  • If warranty work is required outside of our area, this must be carried out by an approved Autowatch dealership with a valid TASSA certification, agreed with us beforehand.

5) Appointments and Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made verbally at least 48 hours before the agreed installation date and time.



  • Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee of £50 + VAT.

6) Payment Terms and Ownership

  • All products remain the property of Automotive East Ltd until paid for in full.



  • Failure to make full payment may result in removal of products and/or legal action to recover costs.

7) Exclusions and Limitations

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:



  • Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Installation, modification, or removal by unauthorised third parties.


  • External factors such as accidents, fire, flood, or theft.


  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
